Our Services include delivering: Asbestos compliance surveys to identify if asbestos materials are present in the workplace, Hazardous materials surveys to assess if hazardous materials (asbestos, PCBs, lead etc.) are present in a refurbishment or demolition project, NATA accredited identification of asbestos, organic and synthetic mineral fibres in samples, including building materials and dusts, Asbestos management planning to mitigate asbestos risk, Preparation of Technical Scopes / Specifications for hazardous materials removal, Construction Management Planning detailing how to remove / manage hazardous materials during a construction or demolition project, Full time abatement project supervision to ensure project specifications and abatement procedures are followed, NATA accredited air monitoring (including site laboratory) in and around asbestos work areas to determine levels of airborne asbestos fibres, and suitability for reoccupation, Clearance certification for removal projects.
