I provide embedded people advisory support for founders and leadership teams navigating growth. Most challenges do not show up as HR problems. They appear through unclear decisions, avoided conversations, shifting expectations, and leadership misalignment as businesses scale. My work is relationship-based and embedded. I support leaders through in-person partnership and ongoing remote advisory so I can stay close to the realities of decision-making as they evolve. I work closely with founders and leadership teams to strengthen alignment, improve decision-making, and support healthier team dynamics as organizations grow.
