Specialised in biodiversity applied to real estate and urban development projects, IRICE delivers certifications based on measurable, verifiable and defensible evidence, enabling project owners, public authorities and investors to objectively substantiate their commitments and decisions. IRICE acts as an independent third party in project qualification processes, the substantiation of biodiversity claims, capital allocation and regulatory compliance, ensuring a strict separation between advisory support and evaluation.
