IRES was founded in January of 1991 in New Jersey after Frank Risalvato, working under a former Deloitte Managing partner, gained a sufficient following of clientele to launch our own separate firm. The company expanded office locations beginning in Albany NY, Philadelphia, Pa, Charlotte, and Orlando during the following fifteen years. Today, we have clients that have worked with us 10, 20 and even 30 consecutive years across North America, UK, Europe and beyond. We are proud to be celebrating our 30th year in the Executive Insurance Recruiting Industry. We specialize in specialty niches of P&C commercial insurance including aviation, E&S, High Risk middle market commercial lines, professional liability, Program Management, Commercial and Contract surety bonds as well as construction finance controllers and CFOs.
