iQ NetSolutions is an Independent Software Developer (ISV) specializing in software applications and services for the Cisco UC community since 2002. First introduced in 1995, VistaPoint was the first PC-based attendant console to offer features such as Drag & Drop call processing, and graphical Busy Lamp Field (BLF). Over the years VistaPoint has evolved from TDM-based PBXs to VoIP systems and now consist of an "Enterprise" version and a "Lite" version. VistaPoint "Enterprise" is a server-based solution that can be hosted in the cloud or on site. Enterprise supports both Windows and Browser based Consoles. Our ACD Module (includes reporting) fills the void between UCM's Native Call Queuing and UCCX. Other modules such as presence-based phone book, Call Tracker, Call Assist, Finesse Widgets, Emergency 9-1-1 notifications, SMS messaging, provide UCM customers with solutions that address their specific needs. Integration with Jabber, Skype, InformaCast, EIOBoard, LDAP, ODBC, HL7, .csv, and UCM address vertical market needs. VistaPoint "Lite" is a stand-alone (no server needed) attendant console the offers many of the features and capabilities typically found in server-based consoles. These include presence-based phone book, dynamic BLF, drag & drop call processing, call park, and much more. VistaPoint has been successfully deployed in Healthcare, Education, Financial, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Government agencies, and nationwide retail chains.
