IpsoFinance is an independent finance-leadership and corporate-finance advisory firm, founded and led by Olivier Petit — CFO, M&A advisor and Chartered Accountant (Expert-Comptable). We support mid-cap companies, their leaders and investment funds across two complementary roles that rarely meet in one advisor: • Finance leadership, interim or advisory: building and running the finance function, controlling and FP&A, treasury and financing, reporting, tax and legal, information systems. • M&A and corporate finance, buy- and sell-side: origination, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, documentation, closing, and post-merger integration. Our edge is this dual culture — operational finance and deal-making. Olivier has led finance for listed, LBO and family-owned groups and completed 25+ transactions across 15+ countries. External growth, fundraising or a business transmission are handled with the rigour of a Chartered Accountant and the perspective of a company director. We pay particular attention to the transmission and preservation of independent, family-owned businesses, with deep expertise in BtoB distribution and services. Based in Paris, we operate across France and Europe.
