The firm IPSILON was created in 2001 by Valérie Feray and experienced a quick growth by joining forces with prestigious IP firms. In the meantime, IPSILON grew worldwide in Benelux and New-York (2015). More recently, in July 2018, Cabinet Barre Laforgue and Associés joined IPSILON followed by Cabinet NUSS in January 2019. These firms, all highly respected in the field of IP, have chosen to combine their resources and expertise in order to reinforce their skills set and the quality of the services provided to their clients. Driven by this new synergy, the IPSILON team can assist and advise you in defining your IP strategy, in managing your IP rights (patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, domain names) and in exploiting and defending these rights. We are now a team of more than 100 staff all highly skilled and experienced in handling all the legal and technical aspects involved in the protection of patents, trademarks, designs and domain names. We also work with a network of carefully selected, experienced and qualified foreign associates.
