Ipsa Provisions is a new kind of frozen food company. Made in small batches in NYC using exceptional ingredients—like pastured-raised meats and local, organic produce—ipsa dishes are a shortcut to getting a beautiful meal on your table any night of the week. ipsa was founded by two professional food types, Joshua Brau and Micah Fredman, with years of experience at Chipotle HQ and in the kitchens of Union Square Hospitality respectively. The two shared a mutual belief in the underutilized power of the freezer and a conviction that the best meals are often eaten at home. Tired of the lackluster convenience food options out there, they started ipsa to help make dinnertime more delicious. Now delivering to food-loving, time-strapped New Yorkers in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
