We help businesses get engineering easy. Back when IPPL launched in 2009, many companies in industrial engineering services were providing access to solutions over the period of project timeline. What those companies didn’t provide, however, was customer service. Except for us. We were a tiny player back then looking for a way to differentiate ourselves — to serve businesses better than other competitors did. We began providing end-to-end customer service even after project timeline ending. And as more and more customers recommended us, we quickly came to lead that industry. What began as the idea of a person has now become a global company with business customers spreading across continents. While our headquarters remain in Gurgaon, we employ more than 100 Mechanizers, most of them expert engineers who spend their days innovating and supporting the foundation of our business — you.
