We collaboratively manage any Third Party Interfaces on construction projects for developers and clients who wish to construct something adjacent to, over or under existing essential utilities or railway infrastructures, Third Parties such as Thames Water, Network Rail, Transport for London (TfL) - London Underground, Docklands Light Railway and Crossrail, UK Power Networks, Port of London Authority etc. IPM3 provide a management role to enable the timely progression of developments with acceptance from the affected Third Parties provided in the knowledge that their assets will be safeguarded and assured from any effects from the development projects. IPM3 provide professional representation for the developer with respect to Third Parties. IPM3 can liaise directly with any Third Party as necessary, taking responsibility in managing the expectations of those Third Parties in a professional and effective manner. More importantly IPM3 ensure that any perceived risks to Third Party assets, from external development projects are considered and controlled. The IPM3 team are highly experienced, skilled and proficient with a multitude of interfaces including neighbouring construction sites, utility works, bridge works, new road schemes, inspections, surveying and works within the designated precautionary area of level crossings, stations and rail tracks and services.
