IPERA is a boutique property developer specialised in the restoration and refurbishment of luxury residences in Pera (Beyoglu area) in the historic centre of Istanbul. Established in 2005, IPERA is a pioneer in offering unique living spaces in the heart of Istanbul. Combining tradition and modernity, the IPERA development concept is about preserving the historic fabric of rare buildings and reviving their Belle Epoque glamour whilst completely revamping their structural integrity - creating sophisticated, spacious residences in an irresistible setting. With an intimate knowledge of Turkish history and culture, complementing a commitment outstanding quality, Ipera designs and builds some of the finest pied-à-terre residences in Istanbul. With an established track record in successfully completing multiple well-received and landmark projects such as IPERA 10, IPERA 12 and IPERA 25, we take pride in building to a consistent standard of excellence and positively contributing to the neighbourhoods where our buildings are located. Our latest project, IPERA 39 is a modern renovation of a historical 19th century Istanbul building. Designated as a historic monument by the Board for the Preservation of Natural and Cultural Heritage, IPERA 39 has been structurally totally rebuilt while carefully preserving all the architectural characteristics of the period.
