IPD DESK Ltd Information

In 2010, we set up IPD DESK to design a fully automated futuristic restaurant, this innovative restaurant design made us engage in various branches of engineering discipline. Innovative design and advanced manufacturing techniques were the two main ingredients for the successful completion of our project; we also applied for the UK patent. With this vast experience in research, design and manufacturing we expanded our business to support companies and inventors to turn their ideas into a successful product. Ali is the founder of IPD DESK and is the man who drives forward. With an engineering background, he has a master's degree in Advanced Technology in Robotics from Staffordshire University, England. Ali spends most of his time in Research and New Product Development (NPD). Due to the growth and success of the business, IPD DESK UK became a limited company in 2013 and additional support services were gradually introduced to fulfil our client's requirement from sourcing to packaging and marketing to international logistics. We also work with Staffordshire University's placement department in offering placements for international students to gain practical skills, real challenges faced and to understand the structure of the organisation; we are so proud about this. In 2015, IPD DESK Ltd was able to expand their Assembly Unit by moving into a refurbished Royal Mail post office complete with design studios and research department.
