The IPBio has its first unit located in the Betary Reserve, a preserved area of 60 hectares. This region, Vale do Ribeira, houses the largest remaining continuous area of Atlantic Forest in Brazil. Our team, inspired by the richness of biodiversity, has been carrying out a monitoring that generated a collection of photos and videos with more than 15 thousand records of the habits and behaviors of living beings found in the reserve.
