The International Platform for Art Research and Conservation (IPARC) is a multidisciplinary platform offering services in restoration and conservation of art works. A team of skilled masters in conservation treat art works such as paintings, polychromic sculpture, textiles, metal, stone sculpture, wood, paper, visual media, and modern and contemporary works. IPARC also provides analysis and research such as multispectral imaging, pigment analysis and cross sections and is the exclusive partner for the Preventive conservation services for collection management on offer are condition reports, registration, digitalization but also consultancy for storage, packing, handling and transport. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ICM is an Ecological technology designed by conservators for conservators The humidity regulated warm air treatment used by ICM® is a 100% effective and eco-friendly method for treating a wide variety of materials which have been attacked by insect pests. All life-cycle stages of insects which inhabit any organic material will die when exposed to warm temperatures over a defined period of time during our ICM® humidity regulated treatment. In the ICM® treatment the humidity is controlled – and so there are no risks of harm to the objects. Because there are no chemicals or noxious gases involved in the treatment, there is no risk to your health or the environment. The machinery and materials have been developed to require a low energy intake for each treatment. The carbon footprint of the technology is therefore very low.
