IPAP Information

IPAP is a member-owned LLC with the sole purpose of creating supply chain efficiencies in refrigerated redistribution. The company joins efforts with distributors and suppliers nationwide to reduce costs, save time and increase product selection. Members include Performance Food Group, UniPro Foodservice, Frosty Acres, Federated Foodservice, and Golbon. Since its conception over 25 years ago, IPAP has become one of the largest refrigerated redistribution and consolidation programs in the United States, with 35 employees and over 1 billion dollars in annual sales. IPAP is best known for its cheese consolidation program in Milwaukee, distributing dry, frozen and refrigerated products, benefiting foodservice distributors members nationwide.
