The best known mobile solution is the Handyfahrschein. It is a mobile ticketing solution for the public transportation of passengers in Austria. It is possible to buy such a ticket for the local transport in Vienna (Wiener Linien), the mid-range transport for the surrounding area of Vienna (VOR) and also the intercity transport in Austria (ÖBB). Furthermore it can be orderd by using SMS, the Mobilkom Austria WAP Portal or a NFC enabled mobile phone. It was founded 2007 due to a cooperation with the scientist Prof.(FH) Dr. Sebastian Berger. He took intense efforts to investigate the current methods and its problems of tracking and analysing visual attention of advertising being looked at.
