IP Services Information

IP Services is a team of IT Cybersecurity Service Management professionals whose primary focus is solving complex IT problems using the proven methodologies of ITIL and VisibleOps. (We helped write The VisibleOps Handbook, which is a practical approach to implementing ITIL and other best practices in any IT organization.) IP Services manages critical systems and applications that others are unable or unwilling to manage successfully.
