IOS Telecom is a provider of international operator services. We are partnered with Viiz Communications, a Canadian call center located in Calgary. Founded in 2008, the principle leaders of IOS have been serving travelers with since 1988. IOS Telecom provides unique calling and billing solutions for guests of hotels, hospitals, and tour operators worldwide. Public communication services are provided via live 24/7 operator services, not only to the hospitality industry, but also international carriers, public airports, facilities based CLEC's, and PTT's all over the world. Our creative approach allows international travelers the opportunity to originate a call virtually anywhere in the world and connect with our highly skilled operators on a 24/7 basis. We then provide language and translation services, as needed, and connect callers to their destination using credit card and reverse charge billing options. In many cases there is no charge to the caller for originating their call.
