Our processes are in compliance with HIPAA for the privacy and security of trasmitted health data. And as of June 2009, we have been in the middle of a SAS70 engagement to further improve the management of our business. The company is 5 years old in Manila and small in size but have experienced a couple of due diligence for M&A from US companies.
