Ion is a new organisation shaping places where land, culture and community are held in balance. We bring together architects, planners, designers and makers to create neighbourhoods with a clear sense of meaning – places that grow from their landscape, support everyday life, and enable people to feel a genuine sense of belonging. Our work begins with a simple belief: places gain their soul through the relationships they hold. Through careful design, collaboration and long‑term stewardship, Ion aims to create environments that are open, connected and rooted in the character of their setting. Ion Riva, our first neighbourhood, is now under way on the northern edge of Istanbul.
