Invoicemart is a digital invoice discounting platform by A. TREDS (Trade Receivable Discounting System) Ltd, a joint venture between Axis Bank and B2B e-commerce company mjunction. It is a platform which connects MSME suppliers (sellers) and their corporate buyers to multiple financiers. This platform enables discounting of invoices of the MSME sellers against large buyers who are in the ERP system, through a transparent auction mechanism that ensures assertion of the billing at competitive market rates. The platform allows MSME suppliers to avail loans quickly and at competitive interest rates which will in turn helps increase their working capital efficiency without impacting their relationship with their buyers. The integrated customer ERP systems empowers it sellers, buyers and financiers, with the ease of doing business by reducing processing time for seamless transactions. Users/Customers also benefit from flexible repayment terms which help them manage their payables better. The platform makes sure that the buyers are top rated by leveraging their credit profile thus ensuring low risk of default. All the funds disbursed via Invoicemart qualify for priority sector lending. A. TReDS received approval from the RBI for operations in July, 2017.
