We’re INVISORY, a strategic consultancy in key areas of M&A and corporate finance, focused on the Czech and Slovak markets. Over the past decade, we’ve advised on over 130 M&A transactions as well as on Raiffeisenbank’s portfolio and its clients. We’re especially proud of acquiring eBanka and the complete retail portfolio of Citibank, among others. The range of our services is much wider than M&A: we also help with complete financial and transaction advisory, business valuation, and financial modelling. Our team consists of seasoned professionals who have spent the past ten years working together in one of CEE's leading banks. This has given us loads of experience – more than 55 years combined – in banking and capital markets. And now we’re back together – same team, new brand.
