inVisionaria is a company devoted to helping individuals and organizations through Transition to find their Vision and use their Voice. Transitions occurs at all stages of our lives. It is a passage from one stage to another. It can touch us on a personal or professional level and even our businesses go through transitions. A vision is what we all need to keep us moving forward. It's the way we not only want things to be, but the way we believe they need to be. Having a clear vision of where we want to take our lives or businesses makes it easier to achieve our goals. Our voice is what needs to be heard to make our visions become reality. Sounds easy, but it is not always so. Having a voice that clearly expresses our vision and helps us find those allies that will help us along the way helps make our vision into a reality. Coaching is not advice, therapy, or counseling.
