Investment Realty Advisors has been involved in the appraisal, brokerage, and consulting of investment real estate since its inception, in May of 2000. Taylor Johnson, the principal appraisal, broker and consultant for Investment Realty Advisors has been involved in the brokerage business since 1985, on a full time basis, and has been involved in the appraisal business since 1990. Consulting assignments have varied and have included a rent/market study for a regional mall in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, several feasibility studies for proposed properties and a litigation support rent study in the Crescent Office Building. Typical appraisals for mortgage companies are still the core of Investment Realty Advisors business. However, we are available for most appraisal, brokerage and consulting assignments.
