Invest Securities is one of the leading small cap corporate finance operation in Paris with over 100 transactions in the last 5 years alone (of which 40 IPOs). Invest-Securities offers the following services: - Corporate Service work for all sectors of industry: M&A, Private Placements (Fund Raising from €5M minimum to €150M except for Real Estate deals where we can go up to €300M), Selling and Purchasing Mandates, LBO, MBO, MBI and all types of public offerings on NYSE-Euronext (i.e. IPOs, Purchase Offers, Secondaries, delistings, etc...). Typical corporate clients are companies with €10M to €300M annual turnover. - Sales & Trading: Invest Securities trades the entire market spectrum of quoted securities on the NYSE-Euronext platform for its clients’ accounts in addition to the company’s more specific positioning as a small and medium sized companies specialist. Furthermore, Invest Securities manages the liquidity contracts (i.e. maintain share price continuity and transparency) for 42 companies. - Analysis & Valuation: Team of 12 analysts of which 5 are qualified members of the « Société Française des Analystes Financiers ». - Asset Management: Operating under the name Amplegest, it has currently €640M under mangement.
