System Planning Corporation (SPC)’s success supporting U.S. defense initiatives is rooted in its commitment to innovative solutions through advanced technology development. SPC was founded in 1970 by Dr. Ronald L. Easley to conduct unbiased national security research for the Department of Defense and other agencies of the federal government. SPC provides technology planning and electronic systems development to scientific, engineering, and technical assistance support services including: counterterrorism and biological warfare defense for biotechnology; scientific, engineering, and technical assistance; system development, acquisition, test, and evaluation support; system and concept analyses; and program planning; air warfare systems technology development and support; communications and information solutions; homeland security products and services, intelligence support and analysis, radar physics, security design and integration, supply chain security, fire and emergency services consulting, political risk analyses, political/military assessments, technical, administrative, program management, and contracts management services.
