Into Green Information

Schone lucht is belangrijk voor iedereen, maar bijna niemand weet dat planten in huis, op kantoor, op school of in een zorginstelling actief bijdragen aan gezondheid, welzijn en het vermogen om te concentreren. Dit zorgt voor minder ziekteverzuim, betere prestaties, minder gedragsproblemen, lagere luchtfilteringskosten en minder medicatie. Deze feiten worden al jaren door onderzoek onderbouwd, maar nu is het tijd dat een groter publiek bekend raakt met deze kennis. Daarover gaat Into Green Into Green is opgericht door de brancheverenigingen VHG en VGB met als doel om dit onderzoek, en hoe het bijdraagt aan welzijn, gezondheid en geluk op een toegankelijke manier onder de aandacht te brengen en mensen te inspireren om deze kennis te verspreiden. Plants at home, at the office, in the classroom or in a care institute all actively contribute to our health, our wellbeing and our ability to concentrate. This allows us to realise cost savings in absenteeism, educational achievements, behavioural problems, air filtration or medication. These are well known facts within the industry sector, but how can you ensure a wider audience becomes familiar with this knowledge? Into Green is an initiative set up by VGB and VHG sector cooperations, with the aim of putting this knowledge regarding green and how this contributes to wellbeing, health and happiness under the spotlight. It has been set up to inspire people and to translate knowledge into understandable factsheets.
