Williams has 20 years of experience in human resources management, including 10 years in healthcare administration. Serving on senior management teams with 3 different organizations as Vice President of Human Resources, Williams has been involved in the strategic direction of each organization. Williams served with CHW- Mercy Medical Center in Merced, CA for 9 years as a VP/HR, then Assistant Administrator. Williams has taught supervisory management, human resources and related courses through local college and training institutions. Williams has a Bachelors degree in Business, with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Masters degree in Organizational Management. He is certified with a SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) through the Society of Human Resources Management.
