Intervale Capital is a private equity firm investing exclusively in oilfield manufacturing and service companies. Intervale has raised $1.2 billion of committed capital and is currently investing from its third fund. We are actively investing in platform companies and add-ons for existing portfolio companies. Our investments typically take the form of buyouts and growth equity. Intervale is a hands-on investor, working with management to build high-growth companies. We drive growth by improving company operations, introducing managerial best practices and expanding management by tapping a deep network of industry relationships. Intervale was founded in 2006. Our investment professionals have led more than 20 investments in the oilfield services space over the past decade.
