Interv_l recruits for businesses across the UK, Europe and North American energy technology and energy infrastructure markets. We work in two specialist areas, helping energy technology companies build their commercial teams and energy infrastructure businesses recruit the people responsible for developing and delivering projects. GTM - Energy Technology We work with energy technology businesses, from venture-backed companies to established operators. Our focus includes DERMS, virtual power plants, demand response, grid flexibility, energy software, EV charging technology and battery optimisation. We recruit the people responsible for taking these technologies to market, across sales, business development, partnerships, solutions engineering, customer success and commercial leadership. Energy Infrastructure and Projects We work with businesses developing, engineering, constructing and operating energy infrastructure across UK, Europe and North America. Our markets include transmission and distribution, grid modernisation, utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, interconnection and power infrastructure. We recruit across project development, engineering, construction, project management, operations and senior leadership. How we work We are interested in more than filling the next vacancy. We want to understand what the business is building, where it's heading and the people it will need along the way. That might start with a VP or Director appointment. As the business grows, we can help build the wider team around them. We take the time to understand the businesses we work with, not just the role they are hiring for.
