History: Established in 1984 by Mohamed El-Soufy Ramadan. Intertrade is still family-owned and now managed by Mr. Khaled El Soufy, the current CEO. Intertrade is now the largest producer of PVC gaskets in Egypt with a thriving export market in Europe and throughout the Middle East. Intertrade's excellent reputation for customer service and quality has been recognized by the award of ISO 9002 certification. Location: Located at 10th of Ramadan City, Cairo; the modern Intertrade plant spans 12,000 meters square, is producing 10,000 gaskets per day and has the potential capacity to produce 20,000 gaskets per day. Factory: From raw material to finished components, Intertrade implements continuous quality control. At every stage of manufacture, great care is taken to ensure that the prescribed standards are met. Intertrade technicians monitor the mechanical strength of raw materials and finished products, this includes ensuring that the customer's specifications and Intertrade’s own technical terms of delivery are observed.
