We focus on making Project and Portfolio Management a tool for the whole company, through making the IT tools and business processes easy to understand and use. Our main goal is to help our customers get more value from their projects through having the best possible project portfolio and using the right resources to achieve their strategic goals. The projects and the line organization have to work together to achieve this, which means that everyone in the organisation has to understand project management.
