Intersect is far more than a construction manager. We are deeply experienced at all phases of projects and pride ourselves on the successful delivery of projects from the planning stage to final sign-off. Intersect clients are those that don't necessarily have the internal resources and/or experience in-house to manage their real estate needs, and in turn, need to leverage a professional firm that specializes in real estate solutions. Some clients simply need to supplement in-house resources with a skilled and trusted partner. While Intersect offers services to a number of industries, including corporate office, higher education, government, and more, we maintain a specialized skillset toward the highly technical environments like life sciences and mission critical sites.
