We focus on majority shareholdings in companies that: - Are preferably active in a niche market in the B2B with ample growth possibilities (organically as well as through buy-and-build) - Have a revenue of minimum €10 million, and/or - An enterprise value of maximum €100 million We like to actively support management teams to enable companies to grow.
