InterProcess is a Polish manufacturer of bulk solids handling systems. We design, build and commission equipment for food, chemical, cement and construction materials manufacturers — from feeding and precision weighing, through pneumatic conveying, to big bag (FIBC) discharging, silo systems and process control. We've been operating since 2011, incorporated as a limited company in 2022 with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland. Every installation is engineered around the client's specific process — we don't sell from a catalogue, we build to the application. Our equipment runs in production plants across Poland, Europe and beyond. Product lines: ➔ DSL — gravimetric (loss-in-weight) and volumetric screw feeders for continuous and batch dosing. ➔ DVC — vibratory feeders for difficult, abrasive, friable and fibrous materials. ➔ DTU / DTC — belt feeders with dosing-grade weighing accuracy, an alternative to conventional belt weighers. ➔ VSU — vacuum pneumatic conveying systems, sealed and suitable for hygienic operation. ➔ Sack tipping and big bag discharging stations — with integrated dust extraction and full operator containment. ➔ Silo systems — silos, filling and discharge sections, aeration and lump-breaking equipment. ➔ SCADA / HMI — in-house process control and visualisation, with integration into the client's existing PLCs. ➔ ATEX — design solutions and documentation for zones with a dust explosion risk. We work with manufacturers in food, animal feed, dietary supplements, cement, lime, construction chemicals, ceramics and insulation materials. We run each project from the first technical conversation, through equipment selection, fabrication and installation, to commissioning and after-sales service.
