Scavolini was founded in Pesaro in 1961. In 1984 gained the leadership in the inner market, becoming the undisputed n. 1 kitchen furniture manufacturer in Italy. The product range has recently extended both to bathroom and living-room furniture. The group In 1996 the company launched the ernestomeda brand, which proposes a particularly sophisticated and finely designed product. Today, the Scavolini Group has at its disposal an industrial establishment stretching of 240.000 m2 (of which 110,000 m2 in buildings), with over 650 people employed.
