The International Link ("IL") had its beginnings in the 1990s through the efforts of Jim & Carol Scogin, who had a desire to serve the many internationals in the Augusta, Ga., area. Out of their work The International Link was born in 2002 as a non-profit organization that would serve the international visitors who come to our campuses for study, research, and military training. Today IL exists as a non-profit, interdenominational Christian organization that works in cooperation with many local churches to serve international guests in the Central Savannah River Area.
