International Legal Group (“ILG”) is a corporate law firm located in Kuwait City. The firm offers local and international legal and economic consulting to public and economic sectors in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the United States. Practice areas include commercial and civil litigation and arbitration, company formation, contracts and legal documents, insurance, real estate, banking and finance, investments, distribution, and more. The firm was launched in early 2011 after the merger of two practices, Dr. Ahmad Al Samdan and Dr. Rasheed Al Enezi. The combined experience goes back more than three decades and represents the utilization of broad qualifications. Abdullah Ahmad Al Samdan obtained his Master's degree in Business Law & Finance Law from George Washington University, USA. He earned a Higher Diploma in Islamic Finance from the Faculty of Higher Studies, Kuwait University. Dr. Al-Anezi holds a Ph.D. in International Law from Cambridge University Great Britain, an LL.M from Tulane University - New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, and a BA in Law and Sharia from Kuwait University. They are both also registered arbitrators locally and internationally.
