Prof.h.c Rafał Marcin Wasik this IHRC World Chairman & Secretary General The International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) is a dynamic force on the global economic and diplomatic stage, guided by the Vienna Conventions of 1961, 1975 and 1986 and the international governmental agreements that confirm it. Members of the IHRC Corporation in the United States, in their capacity as ambassadors and chaplains, act in accordance with the Geneva Conventions of 1864, 1906, 1929 and August 12, 1949, as well as the United Nations Chaplain Protection Law, designed to protect them in all circumstances. IHRC has created a modern platform that constitutes a unique diplomatic umbrella based on its official representations registered and accredited in Switzerland, Lebanon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Chad, Ukraine, Georgia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Niger and Guinea-Bissau. It also includes our organizations in Slovakia and the Czech Republic and entities in Poland and the United States.
