International Credentialing Associates (ICA) Information

ICA was founded in 2010 to provide consulting services to credentialing organizations that offer various assessment programs, including licensure, certification, and certificate. ICA seeks to bring together expertise in credentialing, psychometrics, experimental psychology, organizational psychology, research design, product management, project management, and marketing to serve these organizations. ICA has a goal to ensure that credentialing organizations consider the full scope of their certification program. Many times, decisions made in the test development process have ramifications to marketing, operations, and credentialing administration. For an organization to be successful, these ramifications must be considered throughout the development process. ICA consultants have managed credentialing programs and have broad experience in various aspects of certification management – putting this experience to work for our clients.
