Interior Equities Corp. is exclusively managed by the brokers and staff of Airmor Investment Services Ltd. (est. 1977). James B. Ramsay - President of IEC and active as a private mortgage lender since 1977, after seven years of chartered bank lending. Jim has extensive experience in how to make a loan happen and can be extremely creative when called upon. Richard Sherwood - Richard is a Senior Underwriter and has been dealing with our clients since 1983. He is familiar with all facets of our lending programs and will provide speedy service. Doug Finlay - Doug is an Underwriter as well as our General Manager. Prior to joining IEC in 2006, he was with a major Canadian chartered bank for 10 years. Sandi Evans - Sandi has been with us since the company's inception. She is the Staff Accountant and has over 30 years experience as an Accountant. Prior to joining our team, Sandi worked as an Audit Technician for a number of national accounting firms. Angela Schneider - Angela has been a staff member since 1991. She completed her Business Administration Diploma at OUC, majoring in Accounting. Angela is an Investment Administrator. Hisayo Morris - Hisayo joined our team in 2006 as an Accounting Assistant. She has an Accounting degree in Japan. Leanne Duzsik -Leanne started with IEC in 2007. She is the Mortgage Broker Administrator. Prior to joining IEC Leanne worked in the financial industry for 14 years at a local Credit Union. Kathryn Ramsay - Kathryn joined the team in 2010 to assist in all office duties. Darryl Doerkson - Darryl is a Senior Underwriter and has 17 plus years in the finance industry.
