We offer our candidates job opportunities in three different ways: as a consultant, contract-to-hire, or on a full time basis. Our consultants could be either under our clients' supervision or ours, depending on who is responsible for project delivery. For full-time placements we work on contingency basis, so there is no upfront exposure for our clients.
