Interbyte is an independent privately held Belgian company that was founded in 1994. Interbyte delivers ICT related products and services. The activities of Interbyte are situated in the following domains: ICT infrastructure services, Cyber security, professional services and application development. The ICT infrastructure services consist of the installation and the operational management of computer networks for both the SME and the corporate market. Interbyte provides management services for Windows and/or Linux servers including virtualised servers. Interbyte also provides end user PC services and network management services including managed security services. The ICT infrastructure services can also be delivered in an "as a service" model in which Interbyte takes care of the investment and leases the equipment including the related managed services at a fixed monthly price. The Cyber security services offered by Interbyte cover perimeter (Internet) security using firewalls and other controls, E-mail protection services (antivirus, antispam, encryption), penetration tests, audits and other consulting services. Interbyte is a key player in managed security services taking the customer context (including the possible vulnerabilities of the infrastructure and applications) into account in its policies and services. Interbyte delivers professional services such as project and program management, technical architecture, service architecture, risk analysis services and business continuity consulting services. The Interbyte consultants involved in the professional services have between 10 and 25 years of professional experience.
