Interactive Future works with organisations to structurally embed disability into governance and business design. This means moving accessibility beyond initiatives or compliance and placing it within how organisations make decisions. Most organisations approach disability as a workforce or culture issue. Few embed it structurally into governance and business design. When disability cannot be located within oversight, accountability, and decision-making frameworks, it remains vulnerable - even where intentions are strong. Our work focuses on three areas: • Governance accountability - establishing clear ownership and board-level oversight • Structural integration - embedding disability within risk, policy, and decision frameworks • Commercial sustainability - aligning structural inclusion with long-term business resilience The commercial case for disability inclusion has largely been made. The governance case has not.
