Inter Arts Matrix Information

Inter Arts Matrix is a not-for-profit charitable arts organization based in the Region of Waterloo, Ontario. Founded in 2007 it is the mandate of the Inter Arts Matrix to educate and increase the public's appreciation of interdisciplinary art. As a non-profit think tank for interdisciplinary arts we provide infrastructures that embrace, network and promote new hybrid art forms. Led by experienced artistic practitioners and academics, IAM forms networks, supports research, development and generates ideas for interdisciplinary projects. IAM focuses on supporting the artist through the entire creation process, from the conceptual stage to development, production, presentation, documentation and promotion. Conducting an active agenda of research, workshops and feedback sessions, IAM's interdisciplinary work includes collaboration with the artistic, business and academic communities.
