IntelligIS, Inc. Information

IntelligIS provides managed IT services for organizations with internal IT leadership that need dependable operational execution. We work with IT Directors and IT Managers who are accountable for uptime, security, and day‑to‑day IT performance, but whose teams are stretched by operational workload. Our role is to take ownership of defined IT operations so internal IT can focus on planning, prioritization, and leadership responsibilities. IntelligIS is a fit for organizations that: -Have an internal IT Director or IT Manager -Support a growing or operationally complex environment -Are overloaded with daily IT operations -Want predictable support without constant vendor oversight IntelligIS is not a fit if you: -Are selecting an MSP based on lowest cost -Want reactive, ticket‑only support -Need short‑term or project‑only assistance -Are looking to fully outsource or replace internal IT Organizations typically engage IntelligIS when: -Internal IT is overloaded with operational tasks -Responsibility between internal IT and vendors is unclear -Issues repeat instead of being resolved -Leadership expectations exceed available resources -IT operations feel fragile or difficult to control IntelligIS operates as an extension of your internal IT team. We take responsibility for agreed‑upon operational areas while internal IT retains planning, prioritization, and decision‑making authority. Work is structured, documented, and accountable. The objective is straightforward - reduce operational drag and improve reliability. What Differentiates IntelligIS -We support internal IT teams — we don’t replace them -We prioritize execution and ownership, not volume -We limit engagements to maintain responsiveness -We focus on long‑term operational stability
