Intelligence Union Group , China’s first professional brokerage firm, aims to help talents find development opportunities quickly and accurately, and drive the world by talents brokerage service and talents data service. The group was build by Ms Elizabeth GUO in 2013， which focused on providing talents for the Internet investment agencies and companies invested by Internet companies at the start-up stage of the company , and meanwhile regarded exploring traditional industries in second and third-tier cities as the subordinate line. At present, there are about 200 offline professional advisers, with the business covering Beijing, Shanghai,Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Silicon Valley, ect. In the past three years, Intelligence Union has established long term cooperation with various famous investment agencies at home and abroad , with the strongest industrial B client resources. So far, Intelligence Union has set up cooperative relationship with thousands listed companies and start-up companies and has helped thousands elites and talents fulfill their professional development. • PE/VC Consulting service PE/VC consulting service has started at the start-up stage of foundation of brand IU-Talents in 2013. Originally, our founder Elizabeth Guo personally led the business development, and mainly served for initiations and investors in primary market for direct investment/corporate investment/family office, etc. PE/VC team has formed a large-scale and professional team since August 2015, with business covering great China, and meanwhile has comprehensive cooperation with investment institutions and investors from HK/U.S. etc. The present service mainly has covered three sectors , TMT, Healthcare and IBD&Consulting. The business direction is investment talents recruiting and portfolio management of TMT project.
