In achieving the B Corp® certification, Intelligarde® has proven to abide by higher ethical and environmental standards while committing to higher standards of public transparency and legal accountability. We have also launched an Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP), the first of it’s kind for a security company in Canada. This program will allow our employees to own a piece of the company they work for and directly benefit from the growth and success of our privately owned, 34-year-old Canadian security services firm.
