BAS, GoldMine consultants since 1995, specialize in CRM consulting and email marketing. IntelliClick provides “real time” CRM software integration of click results, such as open, click through, unsubscribe, and “one click” requests for call backs, literature fulfillment, event registration and referrals to a friend. IntelliClick instantly acts on these results and alerts the sales team of their top opportunities so that they have the best chance of converting prospects to customers. Users can further use IntelliClick to track and analyze website visits to give site owners a comprehensive picture of their campaign results. Powerful send/bounce management built in, allows for throttling and scheduling of email campaigns, correcting malformed emails and critical opt-out management. The bounce capabilities allow users to flag and remove bounces as well as schedule actions, such as a phone call to the record. IntelliClick gives eTrack and WebNav users an annual subscription that comes with a pool of tracked units, or options for unlimited tracking, for those working with larger tracked activity volumes.
