Intelalytics is dedicated to delivering on the promise of business intelligence and analytics by empowering all stakeholders to succeed on their respective journeys. This includes the spectrum of all users at our client-partners as well as our employee-partners. Empowerment of users is redefined as continuous support throughout the entire learning journey, following the principles of the ABC’s, or the three pillars, of adult learning. Empowerment of employees is redefined as the relentless mutual pursuit of the growth and development of the whole person. The culture necessary to fulfill these commitments will revolve around the core principle of treating all participants with the highest level of respect that we all deserve and expect in return. Individuals and relationships with individuals will always be considered as an end into themselves – and not a means to an end. We accept that traditional technical training methods continue to fall short of their goals. Our proven methodology is based on the simple concept we call the ABC’s of adult learning. This methodology addresses the three pillars of learning that need to work together to ensure retention: 1. Pillar One (A – Application): How do I use the tool? 2. Pillar Two (B – Business context): How will I use this tool on the job? 3.
